We had volunteer trustees with some connection to Newwave CrossFit gym but we did not need to recruit any trustees. All management of the charity was completed within trustees meetings with a majority vote. ## **Its activities and objectives in the year:** N/A – The charity will not be continuing into the next year. ## **Its achievements and performance, including reporting on its public benefit:** The charity was unable to meet its aims for the year. With Covid still affecting large parts of the country and lack of volunteers to complete any work the charity will be ceasing to continue. We recognise that all affairs are in order and accounts completed to a close ## **A financial review including any debts and details of your reserves policy (if applicable):** Cash running through the company is minimal and is used for the sole purpose of funding the charity. As it is due to close with COVID, there are no reserves policies in place.
