Activities
We offer a range of support services to women in St Helens and surrounding areas who are struggling with the impact of mental health issues and domestic abuse. Services include one-to-one counselling and CBT, in person and remotely, and weekly groups for social inclusion, health and wellbeing and domestic abuse support. We also offer a monthly menopause support group and online courses.
Objects: To Relieve The Needs Of Women In St. Helens And The Surrounding Areas Who Have Complex Needs, In Particular But Not Exclusively Who Suffer With Mental Health Issues As A Result From Domestic Abuse Through The Provision Of Information, Workshops And Support Groups.
