**Objects:** TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF PEOPLE THROUGHOUT OXFORDSHIRE WITH A PHYSICAL DISABILITY AND/OR LEARNING DIFFICULTIES, AND IN PARTICULAR BUT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, FOR CHILDREN AND YOUNG ADULTS AGED BETWEEN 18 AND 30 (“THE BENEFICIARIES”), THROUGH THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR INCLUSIVE AND AGE APPROPRIATE PLAY, RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION, BEING FACILITIES OF WHICH THE BENEFICIARIES MAY HAVE NEED BY REASON OF THEIR AGE, SOCIAL, ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES AND/OR THEIR DISABILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE, BUT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, BY:(A) PROMOTING THE BENEFICIARIES’ EDUCATIONAL, PHYSICAL AND MENTAL WELL BEING AND DEVELOPMENT, THEREBY HELPING TO IMPROVE THE BENEFICIARIES’ QUALITY OF LIFE(B) PROVIDING TRULY INCLUSIVE, FUN AND SAFE PLACES WHERE THE BENEFICIARIES CAN SPEND TIME WITH THEIR FRIENDS(C) PROMOTING EQUAL OPPORTUNITIESAND IN SUCH OTHER WAYS AS THE CHARITY TRUSTEES THINK FIT.

**Activities:** The charity provides inclusive play and leisure activities for children, teenagers and young adults from Oxford and surrounding areas.  Disabled and non-disabled children, teenagers and young adults participate in activities together primarily during school holidays.  Some activities - dance, youth group and Parasol Plus for young adults - run throughout the year.
