Ob'ectives and activities
The charity objectives are for the public benefif, lo further the following
purpose wilhin a Christian ethos.. the relief and prevention of poverty in
Blackhealh and the surrounding area by means of food provision,
informalion and advice and any other means deemed appropriate by the
Trustees.
The charity is run entirely by volunteers and aims lo help local families in
need, relieving and helping to prevent poverty by means of food
provision. The charity is a membership-based food club and sources ils
food from supermarket surplus and donations to help local people
struggling to meet their bills for as long as they need h81p.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above
charity I'the Trust ) for the year ended 3110312024.
Responsibilities and
basls of report
As the charitvs Iruslees, you are responsible for the preparation of the
accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011
{"the Act").
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I
have followed all the applicable D￿reCtIonS given by the Charity Commission
under section 145(5llbl of the Act.
Independent I have completed my examinalion. I confirm that no material matters have
examiner's statement come to my attenlior) in connection with the examination which gives me
cause to believe that in, any material respect..
the accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130
of the Charities Act., or
