Trustee Report 2021
The year 2021 has been a year of steady income, with no voids in any of the properties.
Alms Houses
Small repairs and the provision of ‘aids’ have been undertaken as need arose, with double glazed panels relaced in one of the houses. The management of the houses by an external agent continues to be successful for all parties.
A project was started to repair the grade 2 listed alms house windows, which are in need of major repair. The process of arranging three quotes has been started.
Money was donated to the local school for the purchase of laptops during the pandemic.
The incorporation continues to move slowly, with relevant documentation and approvals still outstanding.
One of the trustees is working on the development of a small website for the charity.
