The Charity was formed in 2020.    The Charity is governed by a Constitution. 

The Charity is constituted as Charitable Incorporated Organization 

The Charitable purposes of charity are: _To advance in life and relieve needs of young people through: (a) The provision of recreational and leisure time activities provided in the interest of social welfare, designed to improve their conditions of life;_ 

_(b) Providing support and activities which develop their skills, capacities and capabilities to enable them to participate in society as mature and responsible individuals_ . 

To further these purposes for the public benefit, we carried out the following activities: 

Sport Camps for Children.

The trustees have read the Commission’s Public Benefit requirement statutory guidance, and have had regard to this when running the charity. 

A review of the charity’s financial position at the end of the year: 

In the financial 2023 to 2024.  The Charity had an income of £36051.05 and an expenditure of £24676.00. 

There are no funds held by the charity that are materially in deficit.
