## **LITTLEHAM COMMUNITY YOUTH CLUB.     INCOME AND EXPENDITURE UP TO 6TH JULY 2022.** 

Please note for the period beginning with the start of the first Covid Lockdown the youth club was suspended due covid restrictions and the subsequent closure of the community youth centre used by the club   There were no meetings held. 

6th July 2022 the trustees met for the first time to restart the club.   The first meeting was the second AGM of the committee since its inception. 

## **Income** 

£1340.00 Donation from Devon VOYC.     Volunary Organisation for Young people and Children 

£30.00 Donation from David Poor  to keep the bank account open as there was no financial activity as theclub was suspended 

Expenditure 

£40.00 £5pm 

Bank charges payable from November 2021 every month at 

Bank Balance as reported to the AGM was £1325.00 

There is an outstanding debt to the Chairman who paid £119.56 from his bank account to maintain the 2022 Public Liability Insurance for the club.  The AGM agreed to pay this but this has not occurred yet. 

Total Income over Expenditure for 2021/2022 therefore was **£ 1215.44** 

In addition the youth club was given access to a £3000 grant at the start of 2020 from Exmouth Town Council for the purchase of equipment and day trips.   The club was awarded this just before the first covid lockdown with any expenditure needing to be claimed back from the Council.    The trustees agreed to buy a desktop football game which the Chairman then paid for and which arrived on the day the club building was closed.     The money outstanding was £166.99 and the trustees agreed that this should be claimed from the town council.   The council have agreed to pay this in principle but the Chairman has not done so yet
