**Objects:** (1) TO RELIEVE SICKNESS, PRESERVE HEALTH AND PROMOTE POSITIVE HEALTH OUTCOMES FOR ALL THOSE AFFECTED BY PARKINSON'S DISEASE IN NORTHAMPTONSHIRE;(2) TO PROVIDE PEER SUPPORT SERVICES USING ALL FORMS OF COMMUNICATION;(3) TO PROVIDE REGULAR OPPORTUNITIES FOR SOCIAL CONTACT AT LOCAL ACCESSIBLE VENUES; AND(4) TO PROVIDE A FACE TO FACE VISITING SERVICE FOR INDIVIDUALS UNABLE TO ACCESS THEIR WIDER ENVIRONMENT DUE TO PARKINSON'S.

**Activities:** Northants Parkinson's People have a monthly newsletter, a three times per week walking group, twice weekly exercise class and monthly lunch club. We provide telephone friendship calls and a helpline providing information about Parkinson's and support to apply for benefits, housing and to access additional services. Our younger persons group provides support to individuals more recently diagnosed.
