## **Independent Examiner’s Report to the Trustees of KLINGEN CHOIR AND CULTURAL ASSOCIATION( Charity number : 1188600) for the Year Ended 31 July 2025**

I report to the charity trustees on my examinaon of the accounts of KLINGEN CHOIR AND CULTURAL ASSOCIATION (“the Charity”) for the year ended 31 July 2025, which comprise the Receipts and Payments Account, the Statement of Assets and Liabilies and the related notes.

## **Responsibilies and Basis of Report**

As the trustees of the Charity, you are responsible for the preparaon of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charies Act 2011 (“the Act”).

I report in respect of my examinaon of the Charity’s accounts carried out under secon 145 of the Act and, in carrying out my examinaon, I have followed all the applicable Direcons given by the Charity Commission under secon 145(5)(b) of the Act.

## **Independent Examiner’s Statement**

aenon in connecon with the examinaon which give me cause to believe that in, any material respect:

accounng records were not kept in accordance with secon 130 of the Act; or

the accounts do not accord with the accounng records; or

the accounts do not comply with the applicable requirements concerning the form and content of accounts set out in the Charies (Accounts and Reports) Regulaons 2008 other than any requirement that the accounts give a ‘true and fair view’ which is not a maer considered as part of an independent examinaon.

I have no concerns and have come across no other maers in connecon with the examinaon to which aenon should be drawn in this report in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.

Yours faithfully

Md Wasiul Islam FCCA
