**Objects:** TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF PEOPLE, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THOSE WITH MENTAL ISSUES, IN SELBY AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS, BY: (I) THE PROVISION OF APPROPRIATE SPECIALIST SUPPORT AND SERVICES; (II) PROVIDING TRAINING SCHEMES FOR VOLUNTEERS, AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC AND SERVICE PROVIDING ORGANISATIONS, TO RAISE AWARENESS AND INCREASE THE ABILITY TO ASSIST THOSE IN NEED.  (III) RAISING PUBLIC AWARENESS OF MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES.

**Activities:** Utilising our support line and  Drop in Centre, we offer early intervention, support and signposting for those struggling with  mental health and day to day life, by assisting access to relevant support depending on need. Co-working with as a trusted partner with the NHS and other like minded charities.  We also provide Mental Health First Aid, Suicide Prevention, and Safeguarding training.
