## **Structure, Governance and Management**
Muslim Project Foundation (MPF) is a registered Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO), established on **17 March 2020** . The trustees oversee governance, project delivery, safeguarding considerations, financial oversight, and compliance with Charity Commission requirements. Regular trustee meetings ensure transparency and accountability.
## **Objectives**
MP Foundation’s objectives focus on:
- **Providing food, clean water, education, and medical support** to people living in poverty.
- **Supporting vulnerable families** in Bangladesh and the UK.
- **Promoting wellbeing, empowerment, and inclusivity** across all communities.
## **Achievements and Performance (2024–2025)**
## **Iftar Pack Distribution 2025 – Jamalganj, Sylhet**
During **Ramadan 2025** , MP Foundation delivered essential iftar food packs to vulnerable households in Jamalganj, Sunamganj—an area frequently affected by flooding and food insecurity. A total of **£150** was raised through PayPal donations, and 100% of this amount was spent on 10Iday food packs for families most in need.
## **Digital Development**
MP Foundation launched its official website **www.mpfoundation.co.uk** to improve transparency, communication, and community engagement. The site provides project updates, donation methods, governance information, and contact details.
## **Plans for Future Periods**
## **Mental Health & Community Support**
MP Foundation aims to introduce community-based wellbeing support for local residents experiencing stress, loneliness, or mental health challenges.
## **Partnership with Ealing Council & Local Community Support**
As activities expand, MP Foundation intends to provide wider community support—including mental health guidance and food assistance—for all residents, regardless of **race, religion or background** . The charity will continue exploring partnership opportunities with Ealing Council to strengthen community engagement.
## **Banking and Financial Management**
The charity has applied for a dedicated account with **The Co-operative Bank** to enhance financial transparency and operational efficiency.
## **Continuing Aid Work in Bangladesh**
MP Foundation will continue delivering humanitarian projects, including **clean water access, food distribution** , and general welfare support for rural communities.
