**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE  1) FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC TO RELIEVE THE SUFFERING OF WILD ANIMALS IN NEED OF CARE AND ATTENTION, IN PARTICULAR BY PROVIDING HELP AND SUPPORT FOR INDEPENDENT WILDLIFE RESCUE FACILITIES ACROSS CENTRAL AND SOUTH AMERICA AND AFRICA BY WAY OF ADVICE, BEST PRACTICE AND GRANTS TO FUND EQUIPMENT AND RESOURCES TO ENABLE THEM TO RESCUE, REHABILITATE AND RELEASE WILD ANIMALS BACK TO THEIR NATURAL HABITATS. 2) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE CONSERVATION, PROTECTION AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE PHYSICAL AND NATURAL ENVIRONMENT.
