The charity is managed by six named trustees who together with a varying number of volunteers who meet to discuss policy and who plan to raise funds for the charity. Trustees and volunteers are recruited by personal contact and advertising in the local press and local newsletter.
Objectives
The objective of the CIO is such charitable purposes for the benefit of the inhabitants of the village of Ravenfield, Rotherham and surrounding area as are exclusively charitable accounting to the laws of England and Wales as the trustees may from time to time determine.
During the past pandemic year trustee meetings have been held on Zoom and all fund-raising activities have been suspended.
Being in our first year of operation, we have no debts, no reserves and no assets.
