The CIO New England Wood Trust 1188549 was registered on 16 March 2020 to replace the original New England Wood Trust 283188. However, due to COVID restrictions its bank was unable to open a new account leaving the Trust with no option but to continue operating the original bank account in Trust 283188 and to keep that Trust running solely for that purpose.
