Followlng the Quinquennial and EPC Inspectlons Tr￿st@￿S wÈre keen to Improvtr thÈ Insulation to the almshouses.
Addltional loft Insulation was providEd to Èll properlles and new front doors were Attod whlth wÈrÈ draught free and
had addltional Insulation. Trustees contirsued to eKplore solutlons for replacement hearlng systems to the almshou5e&.
Trustees noted the resignations of Mr Mark Fleming and Mr Julian Hopes at the e￿d of the financial year. They were
pleased to welcomÈ Mrjoe Parsad 2nd Mr Kelth M2rsh21 to joln the Trustee body.
The frustee5 were pleased to purchase a bench In honour of the reltred Chairman, MT Ron Fallow5. The bench
would be sited at the almshouse5 for the benefit ol all resident5.

from th@ Income Account each year to tlie Extraordlnary Re.pair Re5Érve to COV￿ extraordinary repairs as thÈy
arise and tts the Cyclical Maintenance Reserve to cover repalrs which arlse on a cyc15cal basis.

The Charlty's govErnan¢e costs are allocated entlrely to the Almshouse Costs since Support tosts relarlng to
other actlvltles are consldered immaterlal.

each revaluation are included at cost until a further ¥ev8luation.
The cost of refurblshment hnd improvements to the exlsting property are wrltten off to General Fund as
incurred. Any major ImprovÈments or extenslons to the property are ￿pItalIsed,
RevaluatSons are performpd with sufflcient regularlty to ensure that the carrylne amounts are not mzteriall¥
misstated and on this bz515 are notdeprec5ated.

maintenancè as necessary at the CharSty's propertle5. A transfer Is made from the Income Account each year
to the Cycllcal MaintenancE Reserve to cover cyclicHI repairs as they arise. The annual transfer Is in£luslve of
