**Objects:** TO SUPPORT & RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF PATIENTS WITH LONG TERM MEDICAL CONDITIONS, PARTICULARLY BUT NOT LIMITED TO BOWEL AND TPN PATIENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES. THIS WILL BE PRIMARILY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY AT ALDER HEY CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL AND THE ROYAL MANCHESTER CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL BY:A) PROVIDING EMERGENCY CARE PACKAGES FOR UNEXPECTED HOSPITAL ADMISSIONS, HELPING TO RELIEVE DESPAIR.B) PROVIDING CARE PACKAGES FOR LONG TERM ADMISSIONS TO PROMOTE PSYCHOLOGICAL BOOST DURING STRESSFUL PERIODS.THIS IS OF PUBLIC BENEFIT AS IT IS NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE STATUTORY AUTHORITIES.

**Activities:** William's Gift supports children and their families in hospital by providing care packages. We currently cover Alder Hey and Royal Manchester Children's Hospitals and the Children's ward at Warrington General Hospital. We primarily but not exclusively support children with bowel related conditions. We have packages for long term patients and those on emergency admissions as well as bravery packs
