Structure, Governance and Management

Governing Document: The charity is constituted by Constitution and is registered with the Charity Commission for England and Wales.

Trustee Recruitment and Appointment: Trustees are recruited and appointed based on their demonstrable interest in the aims of the organisation, alongside possession of key professional skills and expertise necessary to lead and govern in specific, strategic areas of the charity's operations, ensuring a well-rounded and effective board.

Risk Management: The Trustees have a duty to identify and review the risks to which the charity is exposed and to ensure appropriate controls are in place to provide reasonable assurance against fraud and error. Our primary risk is currently centred on financial sustainability and securing reliable core funding. We also routinely monitor and mitigate key operational and reputational risks associated with our events and international partners.

Objectives and Activities

Objectives: The principal object of Unified Human Foundation is to support projects that unify human beings with Nature, thereby restoring balance in complex environmental, health, and social systems. We operate as an accelerator-model, curating and providing creative solutions, economic, and social support to existing NGOs, charities, and nonprofit groups.

Activities: To achieve our objectives, the charity undertakes activities across three interconnected streams: Environmental Sustainability, Health & Wellness, and Cultural/Social Sustainability & Education. Our core activity in the reporting period was establishing a prominent platform in the UK to build partnerships and secure funding for our international work.

Achievements and Performance

This reporting period marks the first year of proper participation and focused outreach for Unified Human Foundation. We have successfully established our presence and operational capacity within the UK charitable sector, laying a strong foundation for future growth.

Inaugural UK Event: A key achievement was the successful hosting of our inaugural stakeholder engagement event at the House of Lords in London. This high-profile gathering provided an invaluable platform to articulate our mission and introduce our successful international model to UK decision-makers, policymakers, and prospective partners. The event was exceptionally well-received and significantly elevated our profile.

International Success: Unified Human Foundation continues to demonstrate strong performance and impact through our established affiliates. We are already achieving considerable success and tangible results with our partners in Australia and the United States, where our accelerator model has enabled partner NGOs to rapidly scale environmental regeneration and social development projects.

Outreach and Networking: We have focused on targeted networking and collaboration with organisations that share our ethos of regenerative economics and sustainable business practices, which has been successful in building a high-quality network of potential collaborators.

Financial Review and Key Challenge

The charity’s current financial status is stable, allowing for essential administrative and outreach functions. Our immediate challenge is transitioning from successful operational launches to achieving financial sustainability through diversified income streams.

While we have proven our ability to execute high-impact events and maintain successful international partnerships, the central challenge for the charity remains securing more consistent financial backers and major sponsors. This is essential to move beyond project-specific funding and properly invest in scalable infrastructure and advocacy programs. The Trustees are actively pursuing applications for grants and developing corporate partnership packages to address this need.

Plans for Future Periods

The Trustees are highly confident about the future trajectory of Unified Human Foundation and plan to significantly expand our event and outreach calendar in the upcoming period (2026). Our focus will be on converting the momentum generated by the House of Lords event into secured collaborative partnerships and funding.

Planned Events for 2026: We are committed to hosting three major events in the next reporting year to deepen engagement across our three core pillars.

  1. April 2026 Event: Our first major event, Future Plate: Sowing Sustainability, Harvesting Hope, is already in the advanced planning stages. This event will focus on agricultural regeneration, regenerative economics, and health, and will be crucial for securing early-stage corporate and third-sector collaboration.

  2. Second and Third Events: Planning for two further events is scheduled to start immediately following the successful execution of the April launch, ensuring continuous engagement throughout the year.

The Trustees believe that this ambitious plan, backed by the proven success of our global model, will ensure that Unified Human Foundation significantly increases its positive impact in the coming year.
