Submission of Trustees' Annual Report and Accounts
I am reaching out to address the requirements for our Trustees' Annual Report and accounts in relation to the Annual Return 24 (AR24) service. Currently, our charity is in its formative stages; we have not yet embarked on fundraising and do not have a bank account, nor have we handled any financial donations.
Our primary focus has been on developing a robust governance framework and operational structure that aligns with both the General Data Protection Regulations 2016 and the Data Protection Act 2018. This groundwork is crucial to ensure our operations are compliant and sustainable from the outset.
Given our status as a pre-operational charity, this year’s submission will highlight our commitment to transparency and accountability, despite the absence of financial activities. We are proactively preparing to launch various fundraising initiatives, including crowdfunding and strategic partnerships, which will enable us to support our charitable objectives effectively.
