Submission of Trustees' Annual Report and Accounts
Dear Sir/Madam,
We are in the process of completing the Annual Return 23 (AR23) service for our charity. As part of this submission, we are required to attach a complete set of accounts including the Trustees' Annual Report and accounts. However, I would like to clarify our current financial situation as it pertains to this requirement.
At present, our charity is still in the formulation stage. We have concentrated on establishing our operational structures and strategic plans before initiating any fundraising activities. Consequently, we have not yet opened a bank account, nor have we raised or received donations from any source, either internally or externally.
Given this, our financial report this year does not contain typical financial data but rather reflects our current status of pre-financial activity. This approach is in keeping with our commitment to transparency and compliance with the General Data Protection Regulations 2016 and the Data Protection Act 2018.
We are preparing for future activities which will include various forms of fundraising such as crowdfunding and seeking financial support from both internal and external sources. We anticipate that these efforts will be reflected in our next annual report as our charity moves from its foundational phase into operational and fundraising activities.
