**Objects:** TO PROMOTE THE PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF (PRIMARILY) MEN’S GOOD HEALTH AND WELLBEING IN LETCHWORTH AND THE SURROUNDING AREA BY FIGHTING SOCIAL ISOLATION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AND IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT LIMITED TO THOSE WHO ARE RETIRED, UNEMPLOYED OR HAVE HEALTH PROBLEMS, THROUGH THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR HOBBIES, RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATIONS INCLUDING PRACTICAL INTERESTS, SKILLS SHARING, THE ACQUIRING OF NEW SKILLS, AND HELPING WITH OTHER COMMUNITY ORGANISATIONS AND COMMUNITY BASED PROJECTS

**Activities:** Letchworth Men in Sheds is a member of the UK Mens Shed Association. Our group operates in Letchworth and local area to provide a community workshop and meeting space to fight social isolation of those who are retired, unemployed or have health problems. A place for hobbies with emphasis on acquiring and sharing skills and supporting other community projects with practical help.
