**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO WHICH ARE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, ARE SPECIFICALLY RESTRICTED TO THE FOLLOWING:THE RELIEF OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP, EITHER GENERALLY OR INDIVIDUALLY AND TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF PEOPLES RESIDENT IN SOUTH AFRICA, ZIMBABWE, ZAMBIA, MALAWI AND NAMIBIA, BY THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR BASIC ESSENTIALS SUCH AS FOOD, CLOTHING AND TOILETRIES AND FOR EDUCATION AND TRAINING FOR EMPLOYMENT.

**Activities:** Our Charity was founded to assist the ever increasing plight of hunger and homelessness in Cape Town and other South African cities.  The trustee's understand first hand the challenges faced by the non-profit organisations we support,  this understanding comes from working with them on the front line, helping those unable to help themselves.
