The cliarity is governed by a constitution. The trustees are responsible for the over311
management and decision-making ofthe charity.The charity ha5 obtained enhanced with
ba￿ed lists DBS check on all trustees and employees.
Objectives and Activities
The charitable objects of the charity are Childcare and Edutration for 2.5, 3 & 4 year olds.
However. the charity did not carry out any activities during the period under review. No
income was received. and no expenditure was incurred.
This was mainly due to COVID where a pause on plans to transition to use the charity was
made. whilst lockdown and COVID hit the UEL
Financial Review
During the financial year. the charity was dorniant and had:

- No expenditure
No assets or liabilities
IVS financial controls have been reviewed
The closing balance remains at £0, and there were no financial transactions during the year.
