Strurture. Governance and Management
The charity is governed by a constitution. The trustees are responsible for the overall
management and decision-making ofthe charity. The charity has obtained enhanced with
barred lists DBS check on all trnstees and employees.
Objectives and Activities
The charitable objects of the charity are Childcare and Education for 2.5. 3 & 4 year olds.
However, the charity did not carry out any activities during the period under review. No
income was received, and no expenditure was incurred.
This was mainly due to COVID where a pause on plans to transition to use the charity was
