**Objects:** FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT: (A) TO UPKEEP AND MAINTAIN THE CEMETERY KNOWN AS ZION GRAVEYARD, ATTERCLIFFE, SHEFFIELD; (B) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE LOCAL COMMUNITY AND OTHERS IN THE HISTORY OF THE GRAVEYARD AND THOSE BURIED IN IT, INCLUDING MARY ANNE RAWSON; AND (C) THE PRESERVATION AND CONSERVATION OF THE NATURAL HERITAGE AND BIODIVERSITY OF ZION GRAVEYARD, ATTERCLIFFE, SHEFFIELD.

**Activities:** Upkeep and maintenance of the historic non-conformist burial ground known as Zion Graveyard in Attercliffe, Sheffield. Gardening and nurturing of wildlife, access improvements and preservation of the memorials.  Also to inform and educate children and adults about the significance of the site, the area and those buried there, especially anti-slavery campaigner and philanthropist Mary Anne Rawson.
