The charity's trustees are responsible for the preparation oTrf the accounts. The charity's
trusteès consider that an audit is not required for this year under se¢llon 144121 of the

Ac¢ounls IS¢ollandl Regulations 2006 Ilhe 2006 Regulations) and that an independent
examlnalion is needed. The charity is preparing a¢crue(S accounts and l am qualified to
undertake the examination by being a qualified member of The Institute ol Chartered
Accounlanls in England and Wales.
