Investment performaDce
Avoll Tennis continues to maintain its reserves in a managed inveslment p)rtfolio with assets Sp￿ad across
sev¢ral investment closses. We have also continued with our policy of adopting a medium d¢gre¢ of risk with
any inveslm¢nts.
Over the past 12 months mark&s hav¢ experienca a peri(xJ of re&sothle wvth with notably volatilty.
Economic data has generally been positive with itfflation in the major developed econ<)mi¢s continuing to
decline frorn recent highs to the target rJte of around 20/0, alongside low unemploymenL strong corporate
¢&rnings and profit margins. This ¢nabled Central Banks across the US. UK and Europ¢ to stsrt easing
mon¢tary policy via the first iTrteTest cuts since the steep rise a few years ago.
Throughoutthe year w¢ adopted a cautious outlook on tbe financial maTkets. Dividends typically offer a mor¢
reliable and predictable return during periods of ￿certainty, which ¢ombin¢d wtth the itntM)rtance of cashflow,
made this a sensible approach over the year.
As we IIK)k ahead to the next 12 months. seveTal key factors are exE*cted to drive market returns. Many
investors are pricing in a 'soft landing. scenario of acLommodative inflation and interest rates alongside
resilient economy. Historically markets have shown rcsilienceto political events and the companies we invest
in have notably strong balance sh¢ets. We remain thoroughly diversified by ge4)grdphy and asset ¢lass to
