The Inde ndent Examinerfs Re rt to the Trustees of Rulsli no.. 1188387 in res ect of the ear ended 30, June 2025 ons Club cio Re istered Chari The Charitvs Trustees consider that an audit 15 riot required for this year under Section 43121 of the Charities Act 1993 Ithe Act) as amended by Sertion 28 of the Charities Act 21)J6 and that an independent examination is needed. It is my responsibility to: Examine the accounts (under Section 43 ofthe Act. as amended) Follow the procedures laid down by the general directions given by the Charlty Commission (under Section 43171{bl ol the Art, as amended) And to state whether any particular matters have come to my attention My examination wa5 carried out in accordance with general directions given by the Charlty Commission. An examination includes a review of the accounting record5 kept by the Charity and a compari50n of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts and seeking explanations from the Trustee5 concerning such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit and, consequently, I do not express an opinion of the account5. In the course of my examination, no matter has come to my attention.. Which Bives me reasonable cause to believe that in any material respect. the Trustees have not met the requirements to ensure that: Proper accounting records are kept. in accordance with Section 41 of the Art o Accourts are prepared which agree with the accounting records and comply with the accounting requirements of the Act To whlch, in my opinion, attention should be drawn in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
