The Inde endent Examinerfs Re no: 1188387 in res ect of the rt to the Trustees of Rui51i ear ended 30 June 2024 LTrons Club cio Re istered Charit The CharitV5 Trustees consider that an audit is not required for this year under Section 43121 of the Charities Att 1993 Ithe Artl as omended by Sertion 28 of the Charities Art 2006 and that an independent examination 15 needed. It is my responsibility to.. Examine the accounts lunder Section 43 of the Act, as amended) Follow the procedures laid down by the general directions given by the Charity Commission (under Section 4317llbl of the Act, 35 amended) And to state whether any particular matters have come to my attention My examination was carried out in accordance with general dirertions given by the Charity Commission. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the Charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or dixlosures in the accounts and seeking explanations from the Trustees concerning such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be requiied in an audit and. consequently, I do not express an opinion of the accounts. In the course of my examlnation, no matter has come to my attention: Which gives me reasonable cause to believe that in any material respect. the Trustee5 have not met the requirements to ensure that.. o Proper accounting records are kept. in accordance with Section 41 of the A¢t o Accounts are prepared which agree with the accounting records and comply with the ac¢ountin8 requirements of the Act To which, in my opinion, attention should be drawn in order to enable a proper understandln8 of the accounts to be reached. 20 24 4 Richards Close Hillingdon Middlesex U810 08T
