The Trusl works in close co-operalion. through a Mèmorandum of
Understanding. with its 8ffiliate, the Kohima Educational Society {'KES'),
which is based in Nagal8nd.
The Trustees have forned this Charitable Incorporated ￿ganisatIon
{regislration number 1188382} to SU￿eed a Trust al$0 called 'Kohima
Educational Trust ' (registration number 1102045} The Trustées
transferred all the assets and actwities of Ihe former Trust to the new
CIO on 1st April 2020.
