Our Job Coach uses a person<br>centred approach to work with them, their<br>parents and carers to complete their<br>Vocational Profile and liaise with other<br>agencies and businesses to identify and<br>support employment opportunities.<br>In addition See Me Be CIO has started a<br>community garden called ‘The Old Orchard’<br>at a local farm and secured additional<br>funding from The Rural Hubs Grant and the<br>Aviva Community and Wild Isles Fund to<br>develop this site and make it accessible to<br>adults with disabilities.|
