Section D Achievements and performance

Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year

See Me Be CIO was founded in March 2020, therefore we sadly have little to report from our first year due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Most of our achievements have come to fruition since April 2021, including fundraising events in the name of Captain Tom, holding our first face to face event ‘See Me Be Creative’ in September 2021 and successful application for National Lottery funding.

We are currently in the process of recruiting our first Employment Buddy.

We are also excited about working with adults with a Learning Disability to plan and action our ‘See Me Be Wild’ planting project to raise awareness of the skills and abilities of individuals with a Learning Disability and celebrate opportunities for positive mental health.
