- Seeing the first School of Preachers intake after the Pandemic
and being able to teach in person.
- The publication of the book on preaching: God is in the House by
John Woods.
- The beginning of the translation of the book into Latvian to coin-
cide with the 30th anniversary of John Woods’s first visit to Latvia.
- The organisation of two successful training events in connection
with the Dead Preachers' Society. One a 48-hour event in East-
bourne on Preaching: Past, Present and Future, the other a day's
retreat reflecting on how to read Augustine's City of God.
- Having a full diary of preaching and training opportunities in the
UK and abroad throughout the year.

Consequently, it is the charitys policy to endeavour **policy on reserves** to hold cash on account sufficient to cover two months forward salary and employers NI. This equates to a sum of £5545.48.
