Charity Name: Riasat Osman Foundation
Charity Number: 1188331
Report to the Trustees:
Qasam Ali Khan
Fauzia Khan
Nazir Khan
I report on the accounts of the charity for the period:
13 December 2023 to 12 December 2024
Responsibilities and Basis of Report
As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts.
I have carried out an independent examination of those accounts in accordance with Section 145 of the Charities Act 2011.
My examination was conducted in line with the directions given by the Charity Commission under that Act.
It includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records.
It also considers any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts and seeks explanations from you as trustees concerning such matters.
The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit, and therefore no opinion is given on the accounts.
Independent Examiner's Statement
In connection with my examination, no matters have come to my attention:
-
which give me cause to believe that in any material respect the requirements:
-
to keep accounting records in accordance with section 130 of the Charities Act 2011; and
-
to prepare accounts which accord with the accounting records and comply with the accounting requirements of the Charities Act 2011
have not been met; or
- to which, in my opinion, attention should be drawn in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
I confirm that I have completed my independent examination and, in my view, the accounts are properly kept, and there are no concerns to report.
The charity has complied with the relevant sections of UK charity law.
