## Annual Report 

I am pleased to present the annual report for the Riasat Osman Foundation. Although this has been a period without any active projects or events, we have taken significant steps in planning for the future.

Over the past year, the Foundation's Board of Trustees has been actively engaged in discussions regarding our future direction. We are excited about the potential opportunities ahead and are committed to increasing our activities and impact in the coming year. Our discussions have centered on identifying key areas where we can make the most difference, and we look forward to launching several new initiatives that will benefit the communities we serve.

Given that there were no activities during this financial period, our financial statements reflect a stable position with no significant expenditures or income. The funds we have retained will be strategically allocated towards our upcoming projects, ensuring that every pound is used effectively to support our mission.
