Due to the end of the fallout from Covid, limited opportunities to fundraise in 2022, the cost of living crisis and a change in the Trustees there has been only one fundraising event in the last quarter of 2022. The charity has been dormant otherwise. The finalised funds for this event have still to be collected and banked and will therefore appear in 2023’s accounts. |

Achievements and Performance
| SORP reference | ||
|---|---|---|
| Summary of the main achievements of the charity, identifying the difference the charity’s work has made to the circumstances of its beneficiaries and any wider benefits to society as a whole. |
Para 1.20 | As no fund-raising activity has taken place for the bulk of 2022 and no funds are present in the account, there have been no achievements to note this year. In 2023, we hope to open the application process again as our event at the end of 2022 will raise funds. Applications are invited that will benefit the local community in the provision or gymnastics and trampolining for everyone. |

Para 1.22 | The charity employs no-one (trustees give their time on a voluntary basis) and has not been open for grant applications in 2022 due to being dormant. The charity plans to open to applications in 2023 once funds are available again. |
| Details of fund materially in deficit |
Para 1.24 | N/A |
| Explanation of any uncertainties about the charity continuing as a going concern |
Para 1.23 | The event at the end of 2022 should bring in funds in 2023. Again there are concerns regarding limited windows for fund-raising in 2023, but it is hoped that smaller fund-raising activities on a more regular scale may provide a steady trickle of funds and so allow applications for grants to open again. |
