**Objects:** FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, TO PROMOTE AND PROTECT THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH, AND RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF CHILDHOOD BRAIN TUMOUR SURVIVORS (&quot;SURVIVORS&quot;) TREATED IN THE UNITED KINGDOM BY PROVIDING EQUIPMENT, FACILITIES AND SERVICES NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE STATUTORY AUTHORITIES AND IN PARTICULAR:(I) PROVIDING INFORMATION, RESOURCES, ADVOCACY SUPPORT AND EDUCATION SUPPORT TO THE SURVIVORS, THEIR FAMILIES AND THEIR EDUCATION PROFESSIONALS;(II) PROVIDING MULTI-DISCIPLINARY CLINICIAN LED REHABILITATION TREATMENT ANCILLARY TO THAT PROVIDED BY THE STATUTORY AUTHORITIES;(III) UNDERTAKING RESEARCH INTO THE TREATMENT AND OUTCOMES OF SURVIVORS TO IDENTIFY REHABILITATION NEEDS AND CHALLENGES AND PUBLISHING THE USEFUL RESULTS;(IV) PROVIDING MENTORING AND NETWORK GROUPS FOR SURVIVORS AND THEIR FAMILIES; AND(V) PROVIDING GRANTS TO SURVIVORS TO ACCESS MEDICAL SUPPORT.

**Activities:** Success Charity is committed to enabling brighter futures for survivors of childhood brain tumours. Success provides dedicated rehabilitative support, access to information, resources and key assessments, connects survivors via peer support and networking events and conducts research to better understand the consequences of brain injury after treatment, and to improve advocacy for survivors.
