Summary ofthe main
achievements
ofthe charity
during the year
This is the second annual
report for the charity,
having been constituted
and registered
by the Charity Commission
in February 2020.As a
fundraising
charity that awards grants we have used our second year to
continue
fundraising
efforts, forge paitnerships
and award grants.
Unfortunately
Covid continued
to iimit the size and number ofevents this
year.
Funds have been raised this year via:
Events —a small launch event took place in September 2021, limited to
around 100people due to Covid rules. Event tickets and merchandise we
sold to raise funds.
Individual
giving —a small number offinancial gifts were received
throughout
the year and The Desert Challenge
event raised around
E6,000.The Trek was delayed
and finally took place in October 2022,
so
income is spread across two financial years.
Merchandise —a range ofshirts and hoodies were designed
and
successfully
sold to raise funds. The range will be developed
over the
next financial year.
Corporate giving —our charity partnership
with Miller continued
for this
financial year.
In September 2021 the charity launched
its Defibrill18 Campaign
to fund
the placement
ofdefibriilators
in amateur sports clubs for children
and
young people in Surrey. To support this activity, and to ensure good
standards
and training are met, we formed a partnership
with registered
charity AEO Donate who provide emential
first aid services through the
placement
of Defibrillators
through
community
fundraising.

During 2021/22 the following
grants were awarded:
Red Hill FC —funding for equipment
for upkeep ofpitch
Panathlon
Foundation —delivery ofa sports programme
to disabled
children
at The Children's
Trust
We would
like to thank our individual
supporters
and donors, and Miller
Insurance
forthe funds they have most generously
donated tothe charity
to date. During this period planning
has taken place for our first Charity
Golf Day (July 2022}and Annual
Fundraising
Dinner (November 2022}.
Toenable the charity to reach more children
and young people
in
2022/23, Trustees
will apply to the Charity Commission
to extend the
charities geographical
area from Surrey to include Greater London,
Bristol and Gloucestershire.
