**A.G.M 12.9.24** ## **Chairperson Report** Thank you all for coming along to F@B’s A.G.M. We have had a great year for fundraising totalling £ £9,899.48 Both discos were successful, lots of positives from the children and lots of volunteers, both family members and school staff helping, even though we managed to book it the same week as parents evening! The Quiz Night was a great success, everyone that attended was very positive about the evening, a huge thank you to Carman who organised and collected the food. We were very pleased to have a teacher’s team with us too. I attended the induction evening for the September 2024 starters and gave a short speech about what F@B does and how we can be supported. Emily displayed preloved uniform which was a huge hit and we received lots of lovely donations for. The Summer Fair was a huge success. Thank you to Carman for getting so many donations for our raffle and luxury tombola these went down a treat with all. Thank you to everyone that volunteered, we were very organised and had time for a breather and decorating! Thank you to Jen and Marc in their joint treasurer role. Thank you to Emily for looking after the pre-loved uniform and sorting through for requested donations. I’d like to say a personal thank you to Carman and Jen for being Vice Chairs they have been invaluable with their help, support, and knowledge. I would like to say a special thank you to Lacey who due to health reasons had to step down as a lead role, but she has been amazing and great to work with throughout the year. Thank you to Zorina, it’s been great having a secretary this year. It’s a wait off our shoulders not having to remember everything we have agreed and who said what! Thank you to Mrs Corless for answering no end of questions and bouncing ideas off, and to the staff at school for all their support to F@B over the last year, especially Mr James who has helped us with tables, P.A. system and chairs.
