**Objects:** THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS: TO PROMOTE COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION BY PROVIDING FACILITIES TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SPORT OF CORNISH PILOT GIG ROWING, BOTH RECREATIONALLY AND COMPETITIVELY. (FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS CLAUSE "FACILITIES" MEANS LAND, BUILDINGS, EQUIPMENT, ACCESS TO COACHING AND ORGANISING SPORTING ACTIVITIES).

**Activities:** Cotehele Quay Gig Club is situated at Cotehele National Trust in the Tamar Valley. The aim of the charity is to promote community participation in healthy recreation by providing facilities to participate in the sport of Cornish Pilot Gig rowing, both recreationally and competitively.
