**Objects:** TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF YOUNG PEOPLE, ESPECIALLY AMONG ORPHANS AND STREET CHILDREN IN NIGERIA THROUGH THE PROVISION OF:A. BASIC NECESSITIES SUCH AS CARE, CLOTHING, AND FOOD;B. VOCATIONAL TRAINING AND FORMAL EDUCATION; ANDC.FINANCIAL, MATERIAL AND LOGISTICAL SUPPORT TO ORGANISATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS WHO WORK WITH SUCH YOUNG PEOPLE IN ORDER TO HELP BUILD OR IMPROVE THEIR ACCOMMODATION, SCHOOLS AND LIVING CONDITIONS IN GENERAL.

**Activities:** Provide poverty alleviation program, skills acquisition training and empowerment for women, widows and youth in South west Nigeria. Provide education to children of poor families who cannot afford to send their children to school Building of Community schools( Primary and Secondary) in rural areas of Nigeria. Provide Food, Clothing, education  & accommodation  for street children in  SW, Nigeria
