## Expenditure

Since July we have paid £305 to the new oral history group to enable them to upgrade their recording equipment. We have an paid EH £972 being 50% of the call out charges for the alarm. Having raised concerns about the size the total bill we are hopeful that the charge for new year will be significantly lower.

## Commitments

We have budgeted £1,000 for two large Museum signboards to be installed on the fencing adjacent to each of the Palace Ground entrances, and a matching ‘A’ frame board by the Museum entrance.
