MAINTAINING AN ON-LINE PHOTOGRAPHIC ARCHIVE, COLLECTING AND PUBLISHING ASSOCIATED INFORMATION, INCLUDING ORAL AND WRITTEN RECORDS.
Objects: To Advance Education For The Public Benefit In The Historical Heritage Of Broadstairs & St Peters. In Particular But Not Exclusively, By:a) Collecting And Preserving Artefacts And Documents Relating To The Area;b) Maintaining An Up To Date On-Line Photographic Archive For Broadstairs And St Peters;c) Collecting And Publishing Associated Information, Including Oral And Written Records;d) Providing An Educational Resource By Staging Exhibitions, Talks And Other Events.e) Providing A Heritage Centre To The Benefit Of The Inhabitants Of, And Visitors To, Broadstairs And Its Surrounding Area, Without Distinction Of Sex, Sexual Orientation, Race Or Other Political, Religious Or Other Opinions; By Associating Together The Said Inhabitants And The Local Authorities, Educational Establishments, Voluntary And Other Organisations In A Common Effort To Preserve The History And Heritage Of The Area.(f) Recording, Preserving And Disseminating The Historical Memories Of The Living In The Area And By Maintaining An Archive Of Oral And Other Material For The Public Benefit.
