Objects: To Preserve And Protect Physical And Mental Health For The Public Benefit By:- • Working With Those With Mental Health Conditions, Focusing On Self-Help And Shared Experiences In Order To Promote Recovery;• For Those Who Are Not Mentally Ill, Working To Encourage Self-Awareness, Resilience, Building, Coping Skills For Times Of Crisis, And Other Self-Relevant Development; And • Advancing Education In Mental Health Recovery, In Particular But Not Exclusively, By Focussing On Peer Supported Recovery And Self-Development.
