**Objects:** (1) FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION OF PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS WITH SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL NEEDS BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES AND SERVICES TO MEET THEIR EDUCATIONAL, DEVELOPMENTAL AND SOCIAL WELFARE NEEDS SO THAT THEY CAN ACHIEVE THEIR FULL POTENTIAL; AND(2) FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, THE PROMOTION OF ANY OTHER EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE OBJECTS AND PURPOSES SUCH AS THE DIRECTORS THINK FIT.

**Activities:** The charity, commonly known as Great Oaks College,  is established to provide extended educational opportunities to young adults who have learning difficulties in West London. Our educational programmes are designed to prepare students for active lives, increasing the opportunities available to them through increased independence.
