Dear Lynne,
We are writing to inform you that this year, 2021 we will not be applying for a grant. This is due to being unable to hold our usual social clubs and quarterly respite trips over the course of the past 12 months. We felt that due to the nature of our TASCA children’s difficulties it would be challenging to keep them safe and well during the pandemic. As a result of this we still have the majority of the 2020 grant we gratefully received, and we feel that other causes would be able to make better use of funding this year.
We are still supporting our 169 families when needed by text messages, direct messages, social media and of course the telephone! We look forward to relaunching TASCA, hopefully in September when we can do so without restriction.
