||||**Fundraising Activities**<br>**Throughout the year supporters have**<br>**undertaken a variety of events with**<br>**fundraising on behalf of LRPD being the**<br>**driving force, we have had volunteers**<br>**run the Great North Swim, London**<br>**Marathon, Brighton Marathon, Ride**<br>**London, Open Days, Fetes, Fairs, Cake**<br>**Sales, and Raffles to name a few.**<br>**These are our staple fundraisers to date.**|

(In this**<br>**accounting period our award**<br>**settlements totalled £63,278). The**<br>**number of applications increases month**<br>**on month as to be expected as a new**<br>**charity with more people becoming**<br>**aware of LRPD month on month and to**<br>**30/06/2024 we have assisted with 172**<br>**separate applications for support.**<br>**Since launch, the London Retired Police**<br>**Dogs Trust has grown to include retired**<br>**City Of London Police Dogs and retired**<br>**London Fire Brigade dogs.**<br>**LRPD has also secured a working**<br>**partnership with Goddards Veterinary**<br>**Group who are able to offer a %**<br>**discount on fees relating to retired**<br>**police dogs treatment.**|

As the charity's truslees, you are responsible for the preparation of the
accounts in accordanGe wth the requirements of Ihe Charities Act 2011
('the Act").
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounls carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I
have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
