Apart from small fund raising from book sales and
charity buckets , the charity has continued to act as an
influencer via local press and radio to encourage the
development of Inclusive Play Facilities in St Neots.
As a result , discussions have been ongoing with the
Town Council. The Council is now undertaking a
review of all Play Areas in the town and we have been
invited to participate. Not all Play Areas are owned by
the Town Council , but are controlled by The
Huntingdon District Council, and we have now been
invited to join discussions over the future of Play
Areas in the town.
It is our hope that in due course we shall be in a
position to contribute financially to the establishment
of inclusive play areas in the town.
