THE RELIEF OF REFUGEES, ASYLUM SEEKERS, MIGRANTS AND THEIR FAMILIES AND DEPENDANTS WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP AND DISTRESS, IN SUCH WAYS AS ARE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE UNDER THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES.
