CONTINUING THE WORK OF JOANNA ('JO') TOOLE, THROUGH THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN MATTERS PERTAINING TO ANIMAL WELFARE IN GENERAL AND THE PREVENTION OF CRUELTY TO AND SUFFERING AMONGST ANIMALS, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, THAT OF MARINE FAUNA.
Objects: The Charity's Objects Are Specifically Restricted To The Promotion Of Such Charitable Purposes For The Public Benefit As The Trustees Shall Think Fit, Including, But Not Limited To:1. The Advancement Of Animal Welfare, Continuing The Work Of Joanna Helen Toole, Through The Education Of The Public In Matters Pertaining To Animal Welfare In General And The Prevention Of Cruelty To And Suffering Amongst Animals, In Particular But Not Exclusively, That Of Marine Fauna.2. The Advancement Of Science By Promoting Scientific Research Into The Welfare Of Animals, In Particular But Not Exclusively, That Of Marine Fauna,3. The Advancement Of Education And Training Of The Public And Appropriate Professionals In Matters Pertaining To The Anthropogenic Threat To The Welfare Of Animals, In Particular But Not Exclusively That Of Marine Fauna,4.
