**In Tanzania our focus is supporting**

**improvements are also made. Replacing**
**floors, painting classrooms, improving**
**toilets and water supplies.**
**Developing irrigation systems for**
**watering vegetable gardens is also**
**essential.**
**In Cambodia we focus on developing**
**family vegetable gardens.**
**In Tanzania we have started a**
**programme of teaching women to make**
**reusable sanitary pads. Girls and**
**women often have to miss school or**
**work when they menstruate. Washable**
**pads enable women and girls to manage**
**their periods and empower them to fully**
**develop their capabilities.**
**We aim to ensure that our work is fully**
**sustainable.**
